Responsibilities

• Execute server administration tasks such as user/group management, security permissions, group policies, investigating event log warnings and errors, monitoring resources, and ensuring seamless integration of system architecture components.
• Utilize management tools to monitor the health of desktops and promptly address hardware issues.
• Sustain internal infrastructure requirements, which include maintaining laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, implementing security updates, supporting internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
• Conduct regular and scheduled system audits, including backups.
• Identify and resolve security threats and malware on company systems.
• Create and update documentation outlining all systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with the help desk and other teams to troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and provide technical support as necessary.

Requirements 

• Educational Qualification:  BE/ BTech/Diploma - IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable. 
• Experience:  2-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/network environments, encompassing network support, planning, as well as hardware and software implementation.
• Previous experience in providing support for desktops, laptops, mobile phones, servers, and other company devices.
• Familiarity with basic network cabling and infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Some proficiency in utilizing Linux command line.
• Capable of meeting stringent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting logic checks on interview/survey data and performing final post-field checks.
• Generate tabulation programs, data tables, and other electronic outputs based on analysis specifications to fulfill research requirements and expectations.
• Act as a knowledgeable expert in data processing, engaging in hands-on data manipulation tasks.
• Collaborate with Survey Programmers to incorporate data processing efficiencies into an online collection environment.

Requirements 

• Educational Qualification:  Bachelor’s or Master's (preference given to Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance)
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience 
• Hands-on exposure to diverse quantitative research methodologies.
• Academic foundation in essential research techniques and analyses.
• Advanced expertise in utilizing Quantum, SPSS, SAS, Merlin, and Excel.
• Proficient understanding of SQL+ and MS Access for data management and analysis.

• Familiarity with marketing databases, metrics, and generating reports.
• Skilled in optimizing websites for search engine optimization (SEO).

• Extensive expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, as well as social management and employee amplification technology.
